Vehicle Detail

Rare ZHP (Performance Package), Manual transmission, Silver Grey exterior over Laser cloth / Anthracite interior with the cold weather package, Xenons and Harman Kardon stereo! This is an enthusiast owned, well maintained 330 sedan ZHP. Thank you for looking at this auction and I encourage you to review this ad in its entirety. I am providing a very thorough description of the vehicle. I love this car and hate to see it go. I've owned many ///M cars and other 3 series and I can honestly say this is the best blend of performance and daily driving comfort. BMW hit the nail on the head with the ZHP sedan. I have had significant maintenance work performed on this ZHP in preparation for its sale. I want the next owner to feel confident in their purchase and know that this car has been maintained well. Recent maintenance (in the past month at 79k): Valve cover gasket replacedClutch Delay Valve removed (very common upgrade, makes the car much more responsive)Brake system flushRear Brakes replaced (all components)New Spark PlugsOil filter housing gasket replaced due to a small leak foundRear Trailing arm bushings replacedSynthetic Oil and filter changedNew OEM ZHP weighted shift knobNew Coby Alcantara wheel with ///M Tri color stitching and dark gray center stripe. (old alcantara steering wheel wasn't terrible, but I am OCD on items like this)New headlight lenses (old lenses were a little pitted and faded, can provide with sale if wanted)New matte black kidney grills 75k New starterNew batteryNew intake manifold gasketNew front control arm mounts / wishbone bushing kit 74kRoutine serviceSynthetic Oil and filter changeOil level sensor replacedWasher Fluid replaced 68k Routine serviceSynthetic Oil and filter change 67kFont brake serviceReplaced rotors, pad sensor and pads 65kRoutine serviceSynthetic Oil and filter changed 56kRoutine serviceSynthetic Oil and filter changeNew wipersRear brake serviceNew rear pads and sensors 50kInspection II80w90 Gear oil rear diff fluid changeManual Trans fluid changeCabin filter changeAir filter change 45kRoutine serviceSynthetic Oil and filter change The only other record I can find is via CarFax 23k Vehicle serviced at BMW of Towson, MD Another unique fact about this ZHP is that it was delivered in Europe, built for US specs, then imported to the U.S. in 2007. Most likely this was someone serving our country stationed abroad. Either way, it's a cool fact about this car. Although this car is in great shape, there are some items that the next owner can decide to address or not. I recently had a Pre Purchase Inspection performed as a courtesy and reassurance for the next owner. This inspection was performed at a highly regarded BMW specialist here in Raleigh, NC. I will provide this inspection report along with the sale, below are the details and some other things I have noticed: 1. Power mirrors only tilt down when put in reverse, they do not respond to the switch. This is very common and most likely either a bad switch or the ribbon connectors need repair. Either way, they are set in the right position for me and did not bother me at all.2. The sunshade is a little loose. Most likely a clip or clips are broken (very common). The sunroof works perfectly. This is a fairly simple and very inexpensive repair that just takes a little time if you do the work yourself. There are plenty of Youtube clips to walk you through the repair.3. Missing spare tire / wheel. 4. Continental tires are in good shape, not new but still have life on them. They ride smooth and quiet. 5. It looks like the shadowline trim around the drivers side rear door area was at one time loose and is glued back. I can tell because of a small amount of glue residue inside the door jam. It holds fine since my ownership, and is not noticeable at all with the doors closed. I just want to make sure I disclose any and everything I can find.6. Small leak to the power steering suction and pressure lines. The shop that performed the PPI stated it wasn't an immediate need, just something to keep an eye on. This car is in great shape overall. The interior is near perfect. The seats look great with very minimal wear to the bolsters like you usually see on most BMW's. There are no tears, stains or major blemishes to the interior at all. All of the features work properly with the exception of the power mirror that I mentioned above. The exterior looks above average for an 11 year old vehicle. There are some minor scratches and if you click on the link below, you will see that I have taken the time to take a picture of any scratch or dent I could find for full disclosure. I want to make sure there are zero surprises for the next owner. https://flic.kr/s/aHskg6sGDZ In the link above, you will see a picture of a CarFax that I just purchased and will provide with the sale. The picture provides more details on the accident history reported, showing that both were considered to be "minor". According to CarFax, damage that is listed as minor is "usually cosmetic, including dents or scratches to the vehicle body". Both of these accidents occurred with a previous owner in Maryland. I believe in full disclosure, and upon my inspection of the vehicle, I noticed some fastening bolts along side the driver's side front fender that appear to have been adjusted. In my opinion, the worst case scenario is that the fender is replaced. All body panels line up perfectly and I see no other indication of any prior body damage. The car feels tight and handles flawlessly. The ZHP cars are getting harder and harder to find in good condition these days. A good resource and community to check out is www.zhpmafia.com. There are some great, knowledgeable folks there! Thanks for your time and feel free to message me with any questions. I'll do my best to respond within 24 hours. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time as I will be listing this car for sale locally as well. No trade offers please. Please remember you are entering into a binding contract by bidding. Please make sure you have certified funds available when placing a bid. Clean and clear NC title in hand. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping. Local pickup also available. Happy bidding!
