Vehicle Re-listed Due to Non-Paying Bidder NOTE: I am Re-listing this ad due to the high bidder, who only had 0 positive feedback (fairly new Ebay account) did not even make a phone call or any attempt. Therefore I have decided the following. I will immediately cancel any bids from any bidder who has less than 10 feedbacks (positive neutral or negative). If you are new to Ebay and have less than 10 feedbacks you have two choices. Choice #1: You may bid on someone else's account that has more than 10 positive feedback if they will allow you. Choice #2: If you have less than 10 positive feedback, you must contact me prior to bidding and I will either email or fax you a credit card payment authorization form where I will charge $200 in the event that you are the high bidder at the end of the auction and do not follow through on your obligation. I will only charge your credit card if you win the auction and do not follow through. I realize this may be an inconvenience to some who would genuinely like to bid on this item and are new. Unfortunately, the actions of a few bad eggs ruins it for the rest of the ebay community and I can simply not go on taking the chance with people who do not take these auctions seriously. PLEASE, consider what you are doing prior to clicking on the BID button. These auctions take time and effort to put together. Call me and ask any questions if you need clarification or questions concerning the vehicle below. What we have here is a clean X3 that needs some sorting out. The Good: Body in great shape except for a small scratch on the driver rear door area. Interior clean but showing some wear and tear for a 10 year old car. Engine sound and runs great.... No leaks, sputtering etc... OK..now for the Bad: The check engine light, airbag, ABS, Transaxle, 4x4 and Brake lights are all on. Neither the Radio, sunroof, Navigation, A/C works. Transmission downshift is very firm. I am told there is no communication from both the transmission or airbag computer modules. Believe it or not, the vehicle runs very smoothly despite all the issues. I have been told it could be bunch of fuses, relays or something more serious as changing out computer modules and reprogramming....I don't know nor do I have the time to deal with it. Inspections are most welcome and advised or if you have someone in the area to look at it for you if you are out of state. I have listed the trouble codes below so please....do your due diligence prior to bidding. 5F39........Transfer Case Internal 5F5A.......CAN - Message Instrument Cluster - error 5F23.......Engine Management Interface error 5F42.......EGS- error: Gearbox in emergency mode 145 .......CAN: Engine Intervention mode Active 146 ........CAN: Engine Intervention interface 280C..... Circuit failure: Data exchange 2F9A......Outside temperature sensor communication 2783......Air Flow sensor w/HFM Please don't ask me what all these codes mean, I don't know. This vehicle is sold in "AS IS" condition with no warranty. If you are local, you most be a dealer or have access to purchase as a dealer as the car won't be able to pass Georgia's emission inspection in its current state and as a dealer it is my responsiblity to sell an emission ready vehicle to a retail customer.
