We have no idea when the trike conversion was done. This is a "No-Reserve" auction so it will be sold to the top bidder at the end of the auction. The odometer shows just under 70,000 miles at this time. Overall this machine is in pretty good shape for it's age and mileage. The paint looks pretty decent other than a few scratches etc. the worst ones are on the right side cover for the battery area. Please see the pictures and you will see that it is actually very nice. There is kind of a native American princess theme air brushed on the body panels. We just put in a new battery around a month ago. The engine starts and runs good, the transmission shifts smoothly through all five gears. There is an extra fuel tank in the rear of the trike below the luggage compartment. (The customer that traded it said that it holds 5 gallons or so.) There is a TomTom on the handlebar but I have no idea if it works or not. When we first tried the cruise control the indicator light would glow to indicate that it was turned on but it would not engage. After a bit of fiddling with the cutout switches on the brake and clutch levers we did get it to work. We have no idea which item caused it to start working but it is likely that it will need more attention as time goes on. The front brake operates as it should. The biggest issue we are aware of is that the rear brakes do not work. They are actuating but do not actually engage and help to stop the bike. I say they are actuating because you can feel them but they do very little. The rear brakes will need to be fixed before the trike is actually ridden. Also the front tire will probably need replacing in the not too distant future.This vehicle is for sale at our dealership in Rockford, IL and can be seen anytime during our normal business hours.
