1976 Jeep Pickup J10 4x4, with an excellent running AMC V8 360 (5.9l) engine mated to a well maintained and running THM400 automatic transmission and quadratrac awd system. Power brakes, power steering, sliding back window and sunroof. This is a turn-key truck not requiring any mechanical or cosmetic work. For a lot more pictures of this truck, please go to: 1976jeepgladiator.weebly.com Highlights: - 72,700 original miles. - Quadratrac has been serviced recently (the proper way by draining both the tcase and reducing unit). System works perfect both at city and hw speeds with no slip stick or popping noise when turning. Low engages without issues.- Front and rear differentials serviced as well. Removed cover, complete cleaning, new synthec fluid, and re-sealed. - New Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 31x10.5x15 on original AMC Wheels. - Rebuilt Motorcraft 2150 carburetor, which I think is one of the best 2bbl ever made, rugged, simple, and great low end torque. It was used on the last carbureted vehicle in the United States for a reason (1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer). - In the last 10-20K miles it received: a tune up, radiator cleaned, radiator hoses, drive belts, fuel pump, repack wheel bearings, alignment and front end checked, brakes front and rear, shocks and steering damper, tranny serviced, high flow dual exhaust, battery, rubber trim/seals reconditioned, etc. - It starts great cold or hot, with great oil pressure even at idle when hot (see picture). - No leaks, except a very minor weep from a power steering hose fitting. It is so minor that is not worth replacing the hose at this point. - Body is in great condition with no rust (garaged most of its life). Bed is in excellent shape as well because it had its original rubber protection since day one. A few small dents (passenger side door and bed rails) that can probably be pulled out, see detailed pictures on link below.- Custom tailgate done in the late 70’s by a Denver shop that specialized in iron art. - Interior is in excellent original condition with small tears at edge of seat (see pictures). - All gauges, inside and outside lights, AM/CB radio (instead of the dash radio), factory installed tachometer, wipers, etc, are all in working order, EVEN the power antenna!
