1970 Triumph Bonneville Custom Bobber Freshly rebuilt Motor (Top to bottom) Over $14k invested in this one (see pics of receipts). Has less than 200 miles since a complete, professionally done engine rebuild. (Rebuild done by Montgomery Motorcycles in San Clemente CA). Rebuilt all the way down to the sludge trap), New cylinder head, new pistons, rings, rods, bearings, valves & seals. Completely rewired with braided wiring harness, electronic ignition, new battery, battery box, chain, chain tensioner new tail light, even found a in the box, 30 year old Lucas headlight. Comes with 2 bobber seats. The gas tank is freshly sealed (internally sealed)& painted. New tires, new charging system, duel carbs, (Carburetors are the newer style -Amal 900 #3 Prem). New external oil filter. Bike has been garage stored since rebuild. Bike was recently shipped to my home in Las Vegas. This is the last bike to let go from my vintage collection. I’m selling this with a low reserve. The CA title is clean & clear, ready to transfer to the winning bidder.. As you can see, this bike is a one of a kind beauty! Note: Just like with any newly rebuilt Triumph motor, you’ll need to re-torque the bolts as part of the break-in process. Also (for those who don’t know Triumphs) it’s British, so even though it’s newly rebuilt with all new seals & gaskets, it will leak oil.
