Originally built as a promotional vehicle for Sailor Jerry's Rum by Mackey's Hot Rods in Huntington Beach Ca in 2012. Also featured in the October 2012 issue of Hot Rod Magazine, this 60's era custom roadster is a sight to be seen and heard. If you are looking to add an old school roadster to your collection tan this is it. Very dependable and cool running featuring many well made parts. Body - Steel 1927 two door roadster with new sheet metal including a custom floor and transmission cover. Custom windshield and 1928 Model A grill shell. Frame - Custom built and powder coated ivory Suspension - Front is a Model A axle, drilled along with a Model A leaf spring. 1934 Ford drilled radius rods. Stainless steel tie rod ends. Rear is a Mustang 8" differential and a Model A rear spring and drilled radius rods, So-Cal shackles. Brakes - 1956 Ford F-100 Bendix drum breaks in front with stainless steel braided lines. Rear are 1965 Mustang drum breaks. Drivetrain - Early '70's 350 ci motor paired with a TH400 (rebuilt July 2014) with transmission cooler and a C3 Corvette shifter. Offenhauser 360 manifold with Mallory distributor. Moon Equipment valve covers with breathers. Weber 4 barrel 600cfm carburetor with mechanical secondary. "New" De Witt's black aluminum radiator. Steering - Rebuilt(July 2014) Ford F-100 steering box, Speedway 13" silver flake steering wheel. Interior - Aluminum bomber seats with black fabric cushions, Stewart Warner illuminating mechanical temperature and oil pressure gauge. Wheels and tires - 15" steel rims(new on rear), Coker Classic tires 6x15 front(new) and 8x15 rear(1 yr old). Chrome Moon hub caps. Other - Custom built chrome lake style headers, King Bee headlights, 11 gallon aluminum fuel tank, stainless steel Model A tail lamp. New starter, new oil pan, new spark plugs.
