Let's get this out of the way first... If you're in the market for a real Z turn back now, The Z28 badges were added and this is not a real Z28. How ever if you're looking for a nicely restored car that is ready to be driven and enjoyed keep reading!This Camaro is an extremely solid rust free Southern car. It's home has been southern Alabama almost its entire life. This is probably one of the most solid 2nd gen Camaros we've had in our possession! It appears to be all original sheet metal, floors trunk etc are solid and shows NO signs of rust or patch work!!This car has been nicely restored and has been finished approx. 2 years, garage kept and driven very little since its completion. It is finished in butternut yellow and accented nicely with tuxedo black Z stripes. The paint is absolutely gorgeous, It is a professional grade paint job being slick, straight and has been buffed and polished to a nice show room shine. There is NO trash, runs dirt in the paint etc. The jams are nice and clean and as slick and pretty as the rest of the car. All new Z28 badges have been added and all the chrome and bright work, lights, lenses etc still show like new. The only major flaw in the paint is a place in the center of the hood between the stripes about the size of a #2 pencil eraser. Other than that I would rate the paint a strong 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being perfect. The color combo gets a lot of attention and compliments everywhere I've driven it. The glass appears to be all original and for the most part is in good condition, The drivers side glass does have some bad scratches, as nice as the rest of the car is if I was buying it to keep I'd replace the side glass. All of the body gaps and lines are excellent and everything fits nicely as it should. The doors open/shut great etc.The interior is all factory correct through out and all factory seat belts are intact. During the restoration it appears the car has had all new carpet, door panels, seal plates, carpet etc. The head liner and dash pad looks great also. It has the factory correct Hurst shifter and still has the factory radio and 8 track player under the dash. It works but doesn't play very clear.The engine compartment house a very stern and deep sounding non matching # 350 with all new belts, hoses, valve covers, air cleaner etc. It breathes through the factory exhaust manifolds that dump into NEW correct style cross flow pre fab Flowmaster exhaust system! Car sounds AWESOME! The engine is mated to a smooth shifting 4 speed transmission and stock 10 bolts rear end geared at approx. 3:55. A great gear for cruising around town as well as long trips. This Camaro hits the road excellent. It sounds good and hits the road smooth and tight! All lights, wipers, signals, gauges, etc work properly. The car is riding tastefully on new 17 inch mag wheels w 255/45/17 inch tires.The engine compartment is clean through out and nicely detailed. The car is equipped with power steering and manual disc brakes on front and drum on the rear. The undercarriage is all original floor pans and is detailed and clean throughout as well NO signs of rust or patchwork and still shows signs of the original oxide primer.WE ARE A LICENSED AND BONDED VIRGINIA DEALER.
