I am listing this for my old boss, he is the owner of Rush Power Systems and a very good mechanic. He has done almost all of the work on the Yukon himself. It is in very good condition and if I were not a poor college student I would buy it. the owner does not know about how eBay works and how most of the bids come in during the last few hours, he was a little worried about the low bid and asked me to do a reserve on the listing. I have never done one before but I can tell you it’s less than $2500. The following is the owner’s description of the vehicle: This has been like a member of the family, but it is time for someone else to enjoy it. I purchased this from a very good friend in 09, we were using it in 08 because he was not sure if he wanted to sale it or not. At the time my wife was going to different school districts to teach teachers and we needed a vehicle to hall everything. We spent a year barrowing it and I finally talked him into letting go of it. Many times he tried to buy it back but earlier this year he passed away and the constant reminder is tough to deal with. My friend bought it from a friend who was an on the road salesman, which is why it has higher mileage. This has always been adult owned. Just before we got it an angry boy friend of my friend’s daughter scratched the paint and put acid on it, it never bothered us so we never painted it. The Yukon has always had synthetic fluids. This is a 2002 GMC Yukon SLT, 4WD. has 3rd row seating, rear AC/Heat, 5.3l Flex-fuel engine with auto transmission. Factory tint and running boards with power cloth seats. It has factory tinted windows and factory towing package and the hitch is included. It has trailer brakes but we have never towed anything so we have never used them. It does have heated mirrors and rear wiper and defrost. The rear seats (3rd row) are removable. Both front seats are power. Title is clear and in hand. It does have auto/daytime headlights Flex-fuel = you can run on more than one fuel, Gas, Methanol, and ethanol as an example, here is more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexible-fuel_vehicle Before we got this vehicle, about 90K miles ago the engine was rebuilt, since we have had it we have done the following: New high performance starter about 5 years ago. Also upgraded factory stereo to Alpine head unit with XM radio and iPod connection, in one of the interior photos you can see a cable hanging down, that is the IPod plug. The IPod fits in the cubby hold next to the AC/heat controls. also added Python 2 way remote start with keyless entry alarm. Installed K&N filter and it has been cleaned regularly. About 3 years ago added 200 amp Rush Power Systems alternator in anticipation of upgrading system. Replaced front brakes. There was a minor fender bender on the driver’s side, you can see the trim in the video, it crinkled the front fender so we paint matched it and replaced it. About 2 years ago installed under seat bass box with 2 dual voice coil 10” woofers. Installed Alpine and Audioban amps in place of the factory 10” sub and all door speakers were replaced with Alpines. This was built for sound quality not to thump, although it will, but it does sound great. Also 2 years ago the water pump and AC compressor went out they were replaced and at the same time a new fan clutch was installed. When the AC was replaced the dryer was replaced and the system was flushed. Also did a full tune up, including fuel filter, at the same time. Never over heats and AC is cold. About a year and a half ago installed new Toyo Open Country tires, they are in great condition since they have not gone that many miles, replaced rear brakes. Last year the transmission when out, had the original transmission rebuilt and we did the passenger ball joints at the same time also replaced the rear brakes at this time. First of this year installed a new battery. It’s got minor issues, the sound of the driver’s door lock, minor interior issues, drivers door inside handle is a little loose, some minor holes in the dash from the first owner, the temp indicator in the rear view mirror is not working, and some minor body issues but it is a solid SUV, I would have no problem driving it any ware in the US and would be happy to pick you up at the air port if you want to drive it home. Our nearest airport is Salt Lake International which is about 20 minutes away. The crack in the windshield has been there for the last 6 years and it has passed Utah vehicle inspection because it is not in the drives line of site.
