Excellent, solid Porsche 912 for restoration.  Original paint in tired condition with a few rust spots.  Floor boards are rusted through due to a water leak that pooled on the floors, and there are a couple rust holes on the rear left quarter panel near the decklid.  Other than some other misc. rust bubbles, etc. this is a fairly solid car in comparison to many others I have seen for sale lately.  Some dents and dings on the bumpers also.  Original condition and all there.  I pulled the seats, the drivers side door panel, and the carpeting to get a look around.  It was my intention to restore this car myself, but I do not have time, and a 911 has come into my life that is roadworthy, so easy choice for me to make between the two. This car is a matching numbers engine and transmission car.  This one also comes with a factory optioned 5-speed transmission.  COA is included with the sale.  The car was running and driving when parked many years ago.  It has spent the last 10+ years in dry storage after the initial rust damage was noticed. This is a great opportunity for a relatively easy restoration.  Not a heap of parts from someone else's previous attempt at restoration and not a basket case like many others I have seen.  The very desireable Tangerine over black color is a spectacular color combination for this vintage, and will make for a beautiful car when complete.  I will be sorry to see the car go, but I need to prioritize between cars.  The odometer registers 39442 miles, but for the sake of safety I would assume it has rolled over the 100k mark once.  Front and rear seats are included, though not shown in photos.  They will need to be reupholstered as expected.  Also included are the valuable 15" factory Fuchs wheels.
