The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Gorgeous 2004 BMW M3 Convertible with the 6-Speed Transmission. There are 110,546 miles on this car. The optional BMW equipment in this car includes the Navigation System, Harmon-Kardon Stereo, Heated Seats, Xenon Headlights, Aluminum Interior Trim, and the Titanium Silver Metallic finish. The original Window Sticker of $64,040 is still in the glovebox. NOTE: We have a matching Hard Top available for this car in the exact color match. We will include the top with our Buy-It-Now option only. It is in perfect condition, and can be seen installed on this car in the last two photos. This M3 runs and drives beautifully. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and this BMW is in excellent condition. There aren’t any service or warning lights on in this car. All of the power equipment in this BMW is working properly, including the air conditioning. The power top operates flawlessly. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The complete set of Michelin tires were installed by the owner and are showing good tread. The brakes are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were replaced last week, and this M3 is ready for immediate pickup and use. The Silver exterior of this M3 is in beautiful condition with nothing other than some bumper nicks and a few minor imperfections. The paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. The canvas top is in excellent condition without any holes, loose seams or other damage. The alloy wheels are bright and clean. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body rust, and the undercarriage is also in great condition. The interior of this BMW is clean and has been very well maintained. All of the “Imola Red” leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition with very little wear even on the driver side. The carpeting is fresh, clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in perfect condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. This is a beautiful looking and excellent running M3. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this BMW anywhere in the country. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
