I bought this from a guy in TN in January with plans to turn it into a mild wheeler/daily driver but have since decided to do a Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 instead. This pickup is very original with the exception of the radio which doesn't work and the interior light which is actually bright as hell. The truck runs and drives fine. I drove it most of the winter here without a problem doing a 60 miles roundtrip back and forth to work on at least ten separate occasions along with a ton of local hauls around town. It's the perfect second vehicle or sink some money in it and hit the trails. The body is bad. The bed is shot as is the tailgate, hood and fenders. I have a set of rust free fenders as well as a hood that is stripped to bare metal and is included in the sale. It also comes with a set of 63" chevy springs, an IFS steering box from a 1989 Toyota mini 4x4 and a brand new brake master cylinder. The frame has a couple of sections that need repair on the rear, but I have seen WAY worse. It is easily repairable IMO and will not require a frame swap. I was going to remove the old bed in order to fab a flatbed and repair the frame when the bed was removed. All the gauges work with the exception of the odometer which is stuck at 79,xxx miles. All the lights, horn wipers (except wiper motor), heat etc. work as they should. The interior is all complete, but needs a good cleaning. The brakes are soft, but do not leak brake fluid. My guess is the master cylinder which I mentioned earlier is included in the sale. The title is clear and in my possession. The front lights and brush guard sides are not included in the sale.
