This stunning car has had the same owner for the last 15 years, and is in excellent condition. The car was clearly restored, and remains in near show condition. She comes with her MARTI report, verifying her authenticity, and attesting to the fact that she is only 1 of 59 Mach I’s built to this spec!!! She is ready for either show or go. The 428 CID motor is the original numbers matching with matching correct date codes, as is the transmission. The engine was rebuilt 4 years ago, runs well, and puts out great power and torque. Her original AUTOMATIC transmission was rebuilt. She was repainted in her correct original CALYPSO CORAL (#1730-A), and the paint remains in excellent condition with some dappling on the top of the front fenders and hood. The WHITE interior is in excellent ORIGINAL condition as well. The Correct original White Clarion Knit/ CORINTHIAN VINYL bucket seats are original, as were the door panels and carpets. The dash is excellent, has no cracks or blemishes. The drivers seat has some separation at the seams and wear on the bolster; new correct seat covers will come with the car. All exterior panels appear original on this car. The front fenders are original and have the original codes on their tops. The car has her correct, original ram air hood and scoop.
