1965 Chevrolet Impala SS, car is a real SS original white with white interior from factory. Frame and suspension was stripped and painted rebuilt with new bushings, ball joints, shocks and sway bar links. 4 wheel disc brakes from ccp with power booster, power steering. New paint shows very nice, no rust , floors and trunk are solid, is very nice driver quality paint job. Re chromed bumpers , new show quality grill , new tail lights, new SS trunk molding , glass all good, needs motor , transmission, radiator, drive shaft , and new interior kit. Still has factory bucket seats and console , all the wiring still in the car. Still retains the 12 bolt rearend ( not sure on gear ratio ) and new gas tank. I do have a rebuilt 427 big block motor with TRW forged pistons .030 over, block was bored , honed, decked and align honed by my machine shop, rods reconditioned with ARP bolts, all new parts inside, comp hyd nostalgic cam, lifters, and double roller timing chain. Melling HV oil pump clevite bearings, 781 casting oval port heads with new stainless steel valves, new springs, retainers and seals, 3 angle valve job and resurfaced. Turbo 400 trans all rebuilt with shift kit. The motor and transmission are not included in the auction but can be purchased separately.
