I picked this fastback up a couple years ago. It was the beginning of a gasser (like a late 60's Maalco Gasser mustang) project. Has a fastback VIN and title. the doors, roof, trunk, etc in great shape. It has a tubular M-II type front end welded in already with a rack, new but dirty, it has a 9" rear end with ladder bars, It lools like Alston stuff by the blue color. it's dirty but nice, the centerlines... new but dirty, the tires....new but showing some cracks from sitting. So I went in search of a truly rust free coupe to put everything back together and maybe do a fun Bullet fastback. I found a super nice coupe with a clean title, V8, auto, disc brakes, 9" rear, AC in California and had it shipped to me. The more I looked at the fast back the more I thought about doing the gasser with a tunnel ram'd 460, no shock towers, fit anything in there. Then just build the coupe into a fun car. So I have two mustangs with VIN's... it's up to you to build two cars or pull everything out of the coupe and refit the fastback or turn one and build the other!
