WE HAVE NOT CHECK THE CAR OVER TO SEE IF IT WILL PASS INSPECTION NOW, BUT SINCE THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR SEVERAL YEARS (RESULTING IN RUST & DRY ROT), IT MAY NEED WIPERS, TIRES, BRAKE PADS, ETC., TO PASS INSPECTION AGAIN.

INSIDE, THIS MERCEDES LOOKS GOOD. THE BURGUNDY SEAT LEATHER IS VERY NICE. THE DASH IS SOLID WITH NO CRACKS. THE WOOD TRIM LOOKS GOOD EVERYWHERE EXCEPT AROUND THE SHIFTER (CRACKED & LOOSE). THE DOOR PANELS LOOK GOOD. THE CARPET IS SOLID AND CLEAN. THE HEADLINER HAS NO RIPS, BUT IT IS DROOPING. THE VINYL TRIM ON THE DOORS IS LOOSE. THE DRIVER'S SEAT SPRINGS ARE WEAK. OVERALL HOWEVER, IT IS A NICE INTERIOR.
THE ORIGINAL ALLOY WHEELS NEED PAINTING, BUT ARE STRAIGHT AND LOOK GOOD. THE TIRES HAVE ABOUT 70% TREAD-REMAINING, BUT THEY ARE A LITTLE DRY-ROTTED.
