It has a "blown" head gasket. Our tech pressure tested the system and detected exhaust gases in the coolant. It also needs the front brake rotors resurfaced, tires balanced, and the former owner promised to bring in another full set of 4 rims which is important because it appears one of the wheels on the car is missing its TPMS unit. Other than that, it starts right up, runs and drives properly - just don't plan on driving it very far with that head gasket problem as you don't want to damage the engine.
