Added information:  It has been converted to 5-lug on both front and rear.  Both doors are sturdy and open/close well.  Drivers door has a few rust pin holes.  Passenger door bottom needs repair.  Floors have had some repairs.  Driver side rocker panel needs replacing.  Bed is not attached.
