This is Vanded Plas model. Engine will not turn over so you will have to trailer it. I've owned it about a year and have no info on its history. I was told it ran when it was parked '3 years ago'. The gas tanks are empty. You can see the rust in the pictures (mostly just the drivers side rear quarter); the passenger door weather strip was off and let rain in so there is a musty 'wet car' smell.
