The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2000 BMW 328i with the 5-speed transmission. The owner maintained this car very nicely, and this BMW is in excellent condition inside and out. The exterior of this 328i is in terrific condition. The only flaws are normal stone nicks in the front and a ding on the front of the hood. The Gray Metallic paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body, and is not faded out anywhere. There aren’t any dents or scratches on the body. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is also clean and in great condition. The wheels are in excellent condition. All of the emblems and badges are in perfect condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple. There aren’t any holes or damage on any of the seats, and the carpeting is fresh, clean and fluffy throughout this car. All interior trim is intact and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any burn marks or odors inside this vehicle. This 328i runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The matching set of Goodyear tires are showing most of their tread, and the brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and air filter were changed last week. All of the power equipment and convenience options in this BMW have been checked and tested, and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. I would expect this 328i to provide reliable service for many years. The vehicle history report is clean, and we have the clear title in hand. This is a great looking car in excellent running condition, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this BMW anywhere in the country. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
