You are bidding on a remarkable 1985 Candy Supreme Red Honda Rebel CMX250C. With only 534 miles, new tires, new gold 'O' ring chain and new battery, this bike is basically new. There is no rust, dents or scratchs. This bike looks, runs and rides like new. Pictures just don't show it's true quality. I also have the original title dated 9/17/85.This style of Rebel 250 was introduced in 1985 and was produced from 1985 through 1987. Honda also produced the Rebel 450 during years 1986 and 1987. Controversy with Harley Davidson was one of the reasons for discontinuing both models after 1987. Honda resumed production of the Rebel 250 in 1996 and continues to produce them to this day. However, many believe that the 80’s models are the most desirable because of their distinctive look, chrome side covers (now plastic) and history. This bike is ideal for the new rider because of its lower stance, allowing just about any rider to have both feet flat on the ground while stopped. It is also easy to ride and maneuver, yet fast enough to stay with the bigger bikes and enjoy superb gas mileage.
