HERE'S THE CHANCE TO OWN WITH NO RESERVE A VERY RARE 1941 PONTIAC WOODIE WAGON ONE OF AROUND 400 MADE AND POSSIBLY 1 OF 12-15 KNOWN TO EXIST WORLDWIDE.THIS IS A TRUE BARN FIND DOWN TO THE PICTURE WITH EGGS IN IT.THE CAR STARTS RUNS AND DRIVES ON ITS OWN POWER WITH A GRAVITY FEED GAS TANK AND RUNS WELL BUT THERE ARE NO BRAKES.THERE ARE EXTRA PARTS IN THE CAR LIKE FOG LIGHTS,AN ORIGINAL RADIO,THE REAR SIDE GLASS IS THERE ALONG WITH THE MISSING WOOD PIECES FOR POSSIBLE TEMPLATES.THE DOORS ALL OPEN AND CLOSE WITH SOME SAG OF THE FRONT DOORS SIDE WINDOWS ARE ALL ABLE TO GO UP AND DOWN. If you would consider some kind of compensation to help offset the cost of having the necessary repairs done properly, we would still consider completing the deal. We want to see pictures of all the floor damage to apprecIate the extent of the repairs needed...and definitely want pictures of the frame to know with certainty what condition it is in as well...we hope to hear a response from you shortly I have tried contacting Ebay to cancel the transaction...no success..we did not cancel because we can't make the repairs-we are cancelling because you made no mention of the word "rust" in your description of the vehicle and never showed any pictures of the floors or rockers or frame that suggested the extent of damage that you acknowledged after the sale-we will not leave any negative feedback-we are not interested in making any more issue out of this-when you can create the resolution form that says both parties agree to cancel the transaction we will sign it-there is no purpose to any further discussion and we will not respond to any-I have never seen an ad for a car or truck being offered for sale that did not mention holes in the floor and the need to replacement in the text if that was the case-I'm certain you'll note that for future prospective buyers- the pictures of the floor still have the rubber mat in place-how could anyone ever know the extent of the damage unless you disclose it?good luck" On Mar-26-15 at 19:03:58 PDT, seller added the following information: THE FRONT FLOORS HAVE RUST AS SEEN IN PICTURE 24 THE REAR TRUNK WELL HAS RUST PICTURE 22 THE FRONT INSIDE COWL HAS RUST THAT CAN BE SEEN IN PICTURES 12,13,15.THE CAR COMES WITH A 1958 NY REGISTRATION WHICH IS ALL NY HAD TIL 1973,ALSO THE 1958 PLATE IS STILL ON THE FRONT.
