Retired NYC MTA 2001 2500 3/4 ton suburban. MILEGE IS AN ESTIMATE AS I AM STILL USING IT A FEW TIMES A WEEK!!!!! EXACT MILEGE WILL NOT EXCEED 100 MILES FROM DESCRIPTION. Work performed on truck in last 4 years (36k miles) Front and rear brakes, Pads and Rotors, and Brake fluid.Front Hub assemblies. AC Delco.Knock Sensors and Connector DelcoIntake Manifold gaskets DelcoFuel pump, Delphi/DelcoBattery, Boshe Platinum Wires and Plugs, delcoAlternator, Delco (Heavy duty 130amp)Serp BeltA/C Cut off switch delcoFuel filter every 16k Items replaced or purchased to be installed pending other repairs.Front Shift Actuatortransfer case encoderTransfercase selector switch (In cab 4wd button) Oil always changed with Synthetic @ 3k miles + premium filterTransfercase and differential carriers changed with Lucas synthetic every 12k milesTrans fluid changed with flush machine every 16k milesTechron Gas additive every 3k miles The bad:Throws a misfire code that happens at exactly 2,300rpm.. It doesn't affect ANYTHING, just a temporary flashing check engine light.. Not worth my time taking to a dealer.Front differential will not engage off a lift. that means 4x2 (2HI) only works for now.. researching on eBay, a used unit is aprox $350 + labor.Shift Encoder doesn't want to start up in 2wd HI on start up, (Sometimes it does, sometimes you have to put in neutral and hit the 2hi button)sometimes wants to start in 4wd LOW. It's associated with the above repair.ABS / Parking brake light comes on 9 out of 10 times even on short trips around town.. it disables the ABS function, but brakes normally.Parking brake will not hold truck in gear.ALOT of dings DENTS and paint work needed. Rust is surface, no rot holes.one time the engine went hotter than normal. IT DID NOT OVER HEAT.. BEING THAT Reliability is #1 i bought the part (FAN CLUTCH) and kept the truck only driving in town.. has not become "higher heated", since that event, but the part is included if it ever does again.rear axle does NOT have a locker or posi. ( just put that out there for honesty.. it spins one tire in the rear depending on which one has the most snow...front 4x4 universal joint needs rebuildAirbag light is on, it should go off with a reset.. i disconnected the airbag literally last week at the dash, and reconnected it to end up with the light on.. The good: I purchased the new fan clutch, shift actuator, kept the old encoder, and its included along with the purchase.Tires are 25% front and 75% rearStarts up normally, no hesitation, no weird smoke or pumping the gas.. Vrooom... Spair tire is same rim as the other four. not the black steel one from factory. all tire changing stuff is there too. Will make any trip so long as 4wd isn't demanded. regardless of the warning lights, motor purrs, and truck drives as should. trans shifts nicely. installed front leveling kit.Double tinted REAR windows. everything behind the drivers windows... Yes... it Has normal factory tint, then i put 20% over it. It has a lot of scratches, but the security of my tools, and privacy were reasoning.*********NEW windshield, stone chip, called insurance they replaced the whole thing...DOES NOT LEAK A DROP OF FLUID, Does not Smoke, no weird smells2-3 sets of keys that are NON program type.. No worries of GM Passlock errorswindows are ROLL DOWN, so they actually work.. rear roll down ball of the handles handles broke, but they still work with effort... mirrors are manual, and one has broken plastic around the hinge.Third row seating included, doesn't match the rest of the seats, but it's included.. making it legally a 9 passenger vehicle.. The third row is out of a Denali, and is Leather having 3 Seat belts.Has an alternator LED indicator thing i installed to know if the battery was draining critically low... Has a roof rack.. I have a Thule box i'll include for $250.. it's actually a really nice box with keys and low profile aerodynamics.Window vent visorsBackup camera on licence plate, and monitor is integrated into rear view mirror, all hard wired no wires to cigarette adaptor. I added from a salvage yard running boards, all 5 matching rims, trunk liner, LEATHER STEERING WHEEL, So I asked my buddy to remove the AIR HORN installed on this thing and he's dragging his feet...So Now.. It's included... It's a WOLO Chief (FIRE TRUCK), with a WOLO actuator, with a ?Wolo tank and compressor all mounted under the passenger rear tire well inside the truck.. I THINK it has a port to fill tires too.. gotta check on your own. ($300 bonus) I have a 7.5 ft Fisher snow plow i started to install on the truck and never really got around to finishing.. The plow adapters are for a Fisher Minute Mount 1 system is attached.. the wiring and plow are in my garage / driveway.. I'll include it for an extra $1000 everything included to get it going. if the buyer does not want the plow included, i WILL BE removing the adapters as they sell well used online.. If you are buying the plow, we will install it on the mounts and it can be carried on the front of the truck to it's destination, pump up, and safety chained. I'm an Honest guy selling my truck literally just because i'm changing professions.. I'm not hiding anything, however, in all bidding, there is no warentee or anything of the like implied or expressed. It's sold AS IS. and i suggest you do some research on the year, and the current problems it has that i haven't gotten to yet. its too cold to crawl under it now. It was a Ex-MTA matinence vehicle and had roof lights... I welded the rear holes, never took out the screws in the front, and siliconed the center.. It's never rained inside of the truck. Only has surface rust.. My mechanic said that the brake lines all have SURFACE rust in the "key areas" to look.. (guess all those car washes paid off...) hasn't had a car wash since the summer though so expect deep dirt on its horrible flat white paint job. other wise.. i'd sand down the front door rust spots myself when i was feeling ambitious, spray a little primer, and then finish it off with gloss white.. Yeah, lol it's a work truck. I did TOW my Jet ski's with it occasionally in the summer.. and ONCE i towed a medium sized boat 400 miles. Ohhh so i should also add home depot info, with the seats folded down dimentions.. from the back doors it's 100" deep, the height is ONLY 36" at the doors 42" once past the doors.. (mini vans are bigger..) and the width is 48.5" wide. So to answer, yes you can fit boards of plywood and sheet rock in the back. There are drilled holes in the third row attachments for easy hosing out from rear doors out of the back with water. The carpets are rubber matting from the factory. KBB is saying in "fair" condition private value is $5056.00, and trade value $2722 - $3644.. Im expecting the low range of the trade in value.. It's a work truck ... Just to be clear, fair is accurate... NO i will NOT sell it with a full tank of gas! it's 39-42 gallons bone dry. I really enjoyed this gigantic truck.. I always said i was going to put an air mattress in the back and drive out to yellowstone national park and camp in it... Finish off my dream and take good care of her. she took great care of me.
