Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE AUCTION Welcome. You are bidding on a 1973 Porsche 911T MFI Targa. This car comes with California title. The title shows that it is Salvage, but this car has not been in an accident. I assume it was “salvaged” to get the car registered. It still has its original Gold Paint peeking through in many areas. Please take a look at the pictures and feel free to contact me should you have any questions. http://s263.photobucket.com/user/MrBMW2002/library/73MFITarga VIN: 9113110078 ENGINE NUMBER: 6130192 COLOR CODE: 140 Gold Metallic Exterior: This car is a very solid rust free California car. It shows no signs of any accidents or rust repair. It has been repainted red metallic from its original gold metallic. There are still signs of its original paint peeking through in several areas. It is complete with its original targa top. All of the doors, hood and deck lid open and close properly. This is a very solid rust free chassis. Interior: The interior of this car is in need of a restoration. It has its original steering wheel, gauges and seats. The carpet is missing and the door panels have been recovered incorrectly. Engine/Transmission: This car still retains its original engine and transmission. All of the original MFI components are intact and working. This car does fire right up and revs smoothly. The 5spd transmission does shift through the gears and does not make any funny noises. The electronic fuel pump does appear to be failing and works intermittently thus this car would not make a good car to drive home. I would recommend this car to be transported. Overall: This car has excellent bones and would make a great restoration project. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
