This Acura MDX is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTIES. This Acura MDX was seized by the Frederick County (MD) Narcotics Task Force in March 2013 and is being sold at auction per policy. There is no "Buy it Now" price and no trades because our seized property must be sold auction style. This vehicle is for local pick up or the buyer must arrange for delivery. The vehicle is a 2001 Acura MDX with automatic transmission and AWD. The vehicle was seized and been stored by the Task Force until now. It has been sitting for almost two years. We have not used this vehicle and we know very little about it or its mechanical condition other than it was being driven when we seized it. The Acura appears to be a fully loaded including sunroof, CD and cassette player. All seats are leather with some rips. There are stains on the interior carpet. The vehicle comes with rubber "Acura" floormats for both the front and back floors. The front passenger and driver's seats are heated. The tires (Dunlop Rover H/T) are in varied condition. The rims are peeling a little bit also. The exterior paint appears oxidized with door dings on both sides of the vehicle there is also a larger shallow dent on the bottom of the driver's door. The air vent covers on the driver and passenger side of the dashboard is missing. The battery is not holding a charge and will have to be replaced. Itemized list of flaws:Basketball sized shallow dent bottom of driver’s door. Small door dings and scratches down both sides of vehicle Surface rust right side hinge of hatch back. Clear coat coming off above right rear passenger door. Small rock chip lower right side of windshield appears to have been repaired. Hood latch broken will not secure all the way. See pictures depicting damage. The vehicle has no lien and is currently titled to the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.
