This Honda has 78,690 miles and is being sold, as is with NO RESERVE so we do not have to re-list. We hold clear title. This Honda is being auctioned by the Woodridge Illinois Police Department. The history of this vehicle is unknown as it was seized in a traffic-stop arrest that occurred on August 21st, 2014. Following the arrest this Honda was stored in a warehouse until it was awarded to us on October 23rd, 2014 by court order. We will attempt to describe this vehicle to the best of our ability and you may inspect the vehicle, in person, by appointment. The body has scratches and scuff marks and other blemishes. There is fluid on bottom of the engine. See photos. The interior is dirty, shows some wear and smells of smoke. There are red marks on the rear, passenger side floor. See photos. During a brief test drive the Honda accelerated, stopped and handled as expected for a vehicle of this age. It is suggested that the buyer have this Honda inspected/serviced by a qualified mechanic before use. See photos. The NADA listed value for this 1998 Honda Accord sedan 4D LX (4Cyl) is $1,950 for “Rough Trade-In”, $2,575 for "Average Trade-In” and $3,075 for "Clean Trade-In”.
