Bronco ll sales started to decline beginning in 1988 so Ford began putting more options than in later years and offering more Bronco ll without 4x4 / 4wd and a sport package with the XL Model. Bronco ll was the SUV before the Explorer SUV and Full Size Bronco. Driven ( Demo and not registered) by the Dealership owners' son for the first 6553 miles. Sold to a couple on 6/15/89 (Registered as "New") this is the first registration of the vehicle. Used as a weekend cruiser / around the town vehicle only. Always registered to the couple until now. Garaged most of the time and owners were non-smokers. The tires on the Bronco have been replaced recently because on dry rot where the vehicle probably spend most of the time in the garage. Fluid services are up to date, battery and tires were replaced within 6 months, no cracks in the glass windows. Cruise control works flawlessly, and cassette and radio actually work.
