Hard to find 1951 Chevy 1/2 ton5 Window Deluxe Cab Specifications: ENGINE:Original 216 6cyl. engine. Great compression. Runs strong, starts easy. New water pump, newer carburetor, new plugs TRANSMISSION: Original 3 speed on the column. rebuilt sometime prior to me...it shifts easily, no issues. The following items were replaced or repaired in the past 6 weeks. All documented with receiptsthat will be included with sale. I did these things to make it enjoyable and safe . ALL NEW ITEMS INSTALLED. Interior-*New cab floors and transmission plate. (see pix).New Sun VisorsNew Choke cable New floor mat, pedal and accelerator pads. New Gas tank and sending unit. New water pump, newer carburetor, new plugs, it had already been converted to 12 volt,It has a new battery. Brakes- Brand new wheel cylinders front and rear. Master cylinder was in good condition butI went ahead and rebuilt it. New gas tank and sending unit New tail lights. Truck was rewired so that all headlights, parking lights tailights and brakelights work well. New dimmer switch recently installed. Just a really fun old truck. No, I do not need help selling. On Jan-20-15 at 05:31:56 PST, seller added the following information: Shadows in pictures make it appear like the front drivers fender is dented around and below the headlight. It is NOT. JimOn Jan-27-15 at 18:46:33 PST, seller added the following information: I have had several calls asking how I repaired the floors . The old metal was completely cut out. The bracing and exterior of the floor was solid and left intact. The area was ground and sanded. Brand New Metal Floors stamped exactly as original, purchased from Jim Carters Chevy Truck Parts. Commercial grade 3M Metal Epoxy was used, then modestly riveted down. The transmission floor plate is also new and fit perfectly. I wanted to be able to lift the new mat back and showthe floors as original, not just covered up. I hope this helps.Jim
