You are bidding on a very nice, very well maintained 2009 Chevy 2WD 1500 Tahoe with the police package. This vehicle was owned by one of the affluent suburbs of Dallas, Texas. It has 106,013 miles on it. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the pictures to see the entire report for free). PLEASE SCROLL DOWN AND LOOK AT THE 100 PICTURES I HAVE POSTED OF THIS BEAUTIFUL TAHOE. We purchased this Tahoe with 92,000 miles in March of 2014. One of the owners of NWA used it to travel over summer with his wife and kids. As you can imagine, we picked out the nicest one we could find and made it even nicer. It came from a city takes great care of their vehicles to begin with ( I have bought over 20 vehicles from them with no issues ). It has NEVER been in a wreck. We did remove the spotlights and the side strobe lights. We had those holes professionally welded in and painted. They look factory. We also replaced both outside mirrors with new ones. The city had LED lights installed in the old ones. That city uses all LED lighting with no light bar, so there was never a light bar on this unit. There were antennas on the roof. You can see in the pictures, that all those holes now have rubber grommets in them and are also sealed with silicon. The truck was in North Central Texas it's entire life, so it of course has NO rust on it (just look at the pictures). This Tahoe has the following: power windows, power locks, tilt, cruise control, remote keyless entry, am/fm/cd player with aux input, rubber flooring, heated outside mirrors, 3.73 ratio rear axle, limited slip rear differential, 320 horsepower rating, vinyl seats and all the police package equipment. We had the front seats covered in the same factory vinyl to match the middle row (everyone thinks it's leather now that they match). THIS UNIT OF COURSE, DOES NOT HAVE A THIRD ROW SEAT AND NEVER DID. There are a few holes in the dash and roof light where equipment was mounted ( please look at the pictures ), but nothing that stands out. The interior shows virtually NO wear at all. This unit was used by a supervisor and it shows in not only the wear but the idle hours on it (334 hours). It has NOT been smoked in. PLEASE NOTE! THE REAR DOORS, LOCKS AND WINDOWS ARE ALL FULLY FUNCTIONAL. We also installed the factory Information control cluster, so that you have all the functions that come with that, they have the programing just not the buttons. Most police packages don't have this option. The exterior of the unit is in great shape! Very few scratches and rock chips to be found. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES WITH MY FINGER IN THEM, TO SEE THE ONLY COUPLE I FOUND WORTH POINTING OUT. The tires are BRAND NEW NEXEN 265/60r17S. They were put on this morning! This unit has NOT been smoked in.
I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. While we had it we replaced the a/c compressor, dryer and expansion valve. We also replaced both batteries (yes this one has the dual battery system). The front and rear brakes were also replaced while we had it. As you can imagine, with his wife in it, we made sure this vehicle was in top mechanical condition (she drove her and the kids to California and back in it). The truck has NO leaks, NO drips and does NOT smoke. There are no mechanical issues. We also just had it serviced and inspected by a front-end shop. We did an alignment, but it was not needed. THIS TAHOE IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE AND BE ENJOYED! It has NO wobbles or shakes at 75 mph on the freeway. The transmission shifts out solidly and smoothly with no issues. This is just NOT your average worn out police Tahoe. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. All the power equipment works as it should.
