The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is 2006 Subaru Legacy GT Limited Factory Spec-B edition. This is a very clean car in excellent condition. The exterior color is Titanium Silver Metallic, with Brick Red interior. This color combination is only available on the Spec-B edition. This car is equipped with the 2.5L Turbo Engine, 5-Speed Transmission, All-Wheel-Drive, Factory Navigation, Power Sunroof, Leather Interior, and Heated Seats. All of the power options and equipment in this car have been tested and are working properly including the air conditioning. The 2.5L Turbo engine is a very strong and smooth running motor, and the transmission shifts perfectly. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight, and there aren’t any rattles while driving this car. All of the power equipment in this Subaru is operating properly, including the air conditioning. This is not the typical vehicle for sale on eBay. This Legacy was fully and completely serviced by a Subaru Specialist that works for us. This Subaru runs beautifully, and I wouldn’t hesitate or have a concern about jumping in and driving it anywhere in the country. The exterior of this Subaru is in excellent condition with only some minor imperfections and some curb marks on the wheels. The Silver finish has maintained excellent gloss and brilliance over the entire body without any dents or scratches. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior is very clean and also in great condition. All leather surfaces are soft and supple. The seats and carpeting are in great condition without any rips, holes or wear damage. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in terrific condition as well. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks in the interior of this Legacy. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents, and we have the clear title in hand. This Legacy is not in need of any service or maintenance, and is ready for immediate pickup. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).
