1978 Pontiac Trans Am, original paint and interior survivor, have original window sticker and documentation, Still shiny Solar Gold paint with Camel Interior, T-Tops, no door dings rust free straight body except for 1 inch long rust spot starting on driver quarter but not rusted through, Oklahoma car, 3rd owner, history can be traced back to new, original owner was in the Air Force and bought car new in Colorado, then was transferred to Tinker Air Force base in Oklahoma City, 2nd owner (who is a family friend)bought car in 1981 and owned it until 2012, he took immaculate care of the car and in the mid 80's decided to build & swap in a 1970 XF Pontiac 455 in place of the original TA6.6 400, options include ps, pdb, tilt, pw, remote decklid, T-tops (still have original t-top Fisher bags to house T-tops when off car), rear defrost, cruise (no longer hooked up), lamp group, door edge guards, motor is .030 over with TRW Pistons, 4bolt main, hard to find 58-62 forged stock Pontiac rods with chrome moly bolts & chamfered oil holes, stock cast "N" .010/.010 Pontiac crank, 3/4 length windage tray w/oil drain holes, 3angle ported & polished #96 casting heads with chrome moly retainers, Norris 1.6 stainless steel roller rockers, Hooker Super Comp headers w/aluminized coating, Crane 278 Max Velocity cam with Crane high intensity variable duration lifters, Edelbrock Performer Intake with a 1969 Ram Air IV Quadrajet which was set up by the Qjet Shop in California to match the engine combo and car, Turbo 350 Trans built by Goolsby Racing Trans in Wichita with trans cooler, 10 bolt 3:23 posi, rear springs custom built by Nunzi's in NY, has WS6 suspension with hd sway bars front & rear, Auto Meter Instrumentation, 3" flowmaster exhaust, 2 1/2 tailpipes, 4 core radiator, car no longer has a/c and a/c box was removed underhood and a custom heater cover was added for easier access to headers but still have a/c box and all a/c brackets and components that will go with car in case new owner wants a/c put back on, tachometer just recently quit working, interior is great shape except for small 1inch hole in driver heel of carpet and seat belt shoulder seat attachers are broke, has 8 inch Snowflakes on rear and 7's on front, have two more 8's & 7's if buyer chooses they'd rather have matched size all around, Have a lot of receipts and history of the car, car runs and drives outstanding, very fast yet very cruiser friendly, brakes, handles, and corners very well, drive anywhere with no worries, very tight driving car, car was built right and is very fun to drive, selling because I need to thin out my collection, new owner will not be disappointed in this cars looks and performance.
