1979 FORD F-250 SUPERCAB LARIAT 4X4 "BARN FIND" HERE IT IS GUYS, THE ONE YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR, HARD TO FIND, VERY SOUGHT AFTER "LARIAT" SUPERCAB WITH THE 2 TONE METALLIC BROWN/ CREAMY YELLOW PAINT COMBO! DONT PAY $12,000 + FOR IT, BUY THIS ONE AND SAVE MONEY!! Attention: I ordered a new glass for the back window, it will be replaced. my son hit it over the weekend playing ball, LOL! And in one picture of the passenger side I didn't close the door right it stayed open a bit, but it closes fine! This '79 F250 came from a older couple who wasn't using it anymore, they use to travel with it on trips, Has been in California for the majority if not all its life, virtually "RUST FREE" except for a little near the trim of the supercab windows are, its minor. The Body, Bed, Under carriage, and Frame are great! No major dents of any kind, just some bumps and bruises from being 35 years old. The chrome moldings and logos are there. This is perfect truck ready for your new paint job, or leave the way it is until your ready! The truck has a 400 cubic inch V8 Engine that starts, runs, and drives, but needs to be rebuilt, or swapped for another engine. The automatic transmission runs good, it shifts fine, It feels like it has been rebuilt, truck stops fine. I think it has a Np205 transfer case, Dana 60 rear/ 44 front, but not for sure! truck has not been used for off road, it hasn't been abused The interior looks great for its year, no tears in seat, headliner looks good, back seats look good, carpet looks fine, may need a mild shampooing, but no big deal, it has " FACTORY AIR COND." not sure if it works, but all the part are there. All gauges work, like odometer, miles, temp, oil, radio works, lights work. The windows roll up and down. The doors open and close nice and tight, all locks work with the keys. the passenger super cab window tinting is just wrinkled, not cracked, all glass is fine, like I sayed, i'll be replacing the rear window on 1/15. So all in all this will make a great truck to fix up if you want. you can easily make this into the $12,000 show piece like you see on ebay.
