This BMW 545I is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTIES. This BMW 545I was seized by the Frederick County (MD) Narcotics Task Force in September 2013 and is being sold at auction per policy. There is no "Buy it Now" price and no trades because our seized property must be sold auction style. This vehicle is for local pick up or the buyer must arrange for delivery. The vehicle is a 2004 BMW 545i with automatic transmission and RWD. The vehicle was seized and been stored by the Task Force until now. We have not used this vehicle and we know very little about it or its mechanical condition other than it was being driven when we seized it. The BMW appears to be a fully loaded including sunroof, CD and DVD player. It has voice assistance capabilities. All seats are leather with no signs of rips or stains. The front passenger and driver's seats are heated. The tires (Hankook Venitus V12evo on front and Dunlop Direzza DZ100 on back) are in varied condition. The rims are peeling a little bit also. The exterior appears clean with no obvious dents or scratches. The back drivers side tire is low not sure of any leaks in tires. The battery is not holding a charge and will have to be replaced. The vehicle has no lien and is currently titled to the Frederick County Sheriff's Office.
