The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful 2007 Lexus IS250 in Smoky Granite Metallic with the Black interior. This Lexus is equipped with the All-Wheel-Drive System, Keyless Start, Heated & Cooled Seats, Power Sunroof, CD Changer, and lots of other equipment. All of the power equipment in this Lexus has been checked and tested, and everything is working properly. We have both sets of the keys/remotes, the full set of floor mats, and all of the glove box manuals. This IS250 runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. We test drove and performed the routine maintenance on this vehicle in preparation for sale. The engine runs strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts nicely and the all wheel drive system operates properly. The owner installed a complete set of Pirelli tires, which are still showing good tread. The oil & filter and air filter were replaced this week. This car is ready for immediate pickup and use. The exterior of this Lexus looks terrific. The paint has maintained excellent gloss and luster over the entire body. The body is in excellent condition with nothing other than some stone nicks. The alloy wheels show some surface corrosion, which is very common. There aren’t any dents, scratches or body damage on this car. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is very clean. The interior of this IS250 is crisp, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The driver seat shows barely any wear, and the carpeting is fresh, clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The Vehicle History Report is clean without any accidents or damage, and the title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. I wouldn’t hesitate to get in and drive this Lexus anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
