I bought this used 1967 Ford mustang deluxe V8 coupe and had it made into a convertible. Conversion was done properly. All original parts including rear deck & chrome trim, trunk lid, top frame, & interior body panels. The frame is reinforced with heavy tube steel welded to underside from front to rear. Car has no rattles! Hydraulic motor, lines & switch are new repro. Interior quarter trim (armrests) are new repro. New rag-top. Back seat cut down to fit & re-upholstered. Aftermarket wheel covers & wood/stainless steering wheel. Fresh paint, carpet, & chrome bumpers. No rust perforations. Hood mounted turn signal indicators are missing but repro are available. Needs new door weather stripping. Mustang emblems on sides and rear are missing. Mechanical: 305 V-8 w/ re-built 2-barrel carbureter & new retrofitted dual exhaust, 103K miles. Converted to solid state ignition. Re-built drum brakes, transmission service, new valve cover gaskets (no oil leaks on this car), stock wheels. Car runs well but needs new choke & has electrical short: battery keeps dying. Car is sold as is. Over $12K invested. Reserve is set reasonably low.
