1979 Triumph Bonneville

Ok, so we will try this again. Same motorcycle as listed earlier this week. Apparently not listed properly (mea culpa). Oh well. Originally listed as a 1972 but the client came back much later and said it was a 1979. Pink slip, which is now in hand, agrees with that. Too bad I can't locate the original ad and copy/paste it here. So here goes with the latest version. (My deepest apologies to those that were following and bidding. I hope you get back onto this.) You are bidding on a 1979 Triumph Bonneville that is in need of restoration to make it back to the wonderful motorcycle that it was. Everything is there. We tried to kick start it when it came to the sales site but since there was no gas and the spark plugs weren't happy, all it did was tease us with a "maybe I'll start, most likely I won't" attitude. Clients swears it has started right up in the past but you know how that goes. :) Odometer says 6407miles but I wouldn't believe that for a second. Fairly sure it's not over 100,000 mile though. Your guess is as good as mine! There are tears in the seat upholstery, some rust in various parts and a broken left turn signal lens. Tires are good, show little wear and the motorcycle is begging for a new home. Please make it happen. The photographs show the motorcycle as it is and is reasonably clear. I do not know how to Photoshop things so this is what you are bidding on. There is no shipping, pick up locally or make arrangements on your own. We will cooperate as much as we can. (Nice to know with one day to go.) I will insist he clear this up ASAP and be able to present a clear title before the item is picked up. There is a policy that holds all funds until the transaction is completed to all parties' satisfaction. So sorry for this serious problem!
