2004 was the final year for the original SLK and Mercedes decided to send it out in a blaze of glory by marketing the SLK Special Editions. These models featured added options not available on other models. I purchased this car 4 years ago as it came off a Corporate Lease. The Carfax shows as 3 owners, but one of those was the group that bought it as the lease ended, so from a practical standpoint, I'm the 2nd owner to have driven the car. It's been very well cared for. New Tires & Brakes within the last 5,000 Miles Everything works perfectly. The Convertible Top goes up and down (with just a single button) flawlessly. The finish is excellent. People never believe the Car is 10 years old. I had an Iphone cord installed, so you can stream through the radio and charge your phone at the same time. This very nice SLK320 Special Edition has just had its annual safety inspection including emissions test and has a clean Vehicle History Report from VinAudit.com.
