Vehicle Detail

'96 GMC Savana 1500 conversion van Starcraft "Heritage Series" 5.7L/350 motor first year of this body style, so looks much newer than it is black ext., gray cloth int. nice Flexsteel power captain chair and power rear sofa/bed, swivel middle row (very comfy for 7 passengers) 132K miles hitch (not bumper pull) regular length and regular height roof clean/clear title I've averaged 16mpg in the limited mixed driving I've done CRAZY sound system (but well hidden) with 1 15" sub, 2 8" subs, 6 mids and 6 tweets, around 1500 watts between the 3 amps. Secondary AGM battery keeps the lights from dimming when you're thumping... Heated side mirrors! Not shown in pics but included are a 2nd middle row seat and console with TV+VCP (removed to make more storage space) The bad: AC not working, I had it recharged and it worked fine for the summer then next spring it was blowing hot. Didn't bother with it from there. Driver power window switch just started acting up. That's it. I intended to use this as a race hauler but in the last 2 years have only used it a couple times, ended up riding with my roadracing teammate more often so the van just sits. In the last 3K miles I've replaced a laundry list of items in order to make it cross-country reliable. Including but not limited to: rebuilt trans ($$$) fuel pump plugs plug wires battery distributor and rotor O2 sensors front and rear wiper motor brake pads f+r fuel injectors (updated "spider") ($$$) Runs great, no dash lights/codes, rides smooth and straight, no slop in front end. Paint is good, undercarriage nearly rust free. AFAIK there's no "blue book" for conversion vans so prices are all over the place... pay close attention to condition and take time to price the new parts I've added- you'll see that this van is a DEAL.On Dec-05-14 at 08:08:53 PST, seller added the following information: Just turned over 133K miles, I drive the van one day a week or less. FYI- I've had a few bids from zero feedback members, mostly outside the US...obviously either scammers or people with reading comprehension problems. I have no interest in shipping the van, ad says clearly local pickup only. Please contact me before bidding if you have zero feedback or live far away, otherwise I may cancel your bid.
