HERE WE GO AGAIN! PREVIOUS BUYER HAD INSUFFICENT FUNDS LISTING THIS ONE MORE TIME! THATS IT... (BARN FIND) ...REALLY!!! The story behind this car:: You Dont Find Them Like This Often (its never been apart) I bought this car from the second owner in Oct 2013, a vietnam veteran that bought this car in jan of 1971 after returning home from the war. He bought the car 6 months old from the original owner who had to sell it because his wife was pregnant. The roadrunner was parked in a barn after a broken brake line in 1978, where it remained untill I removed it in Oct 2013. Only showing 84,000 orig miles and being 99% original. The seatbelts in the backseat still have have factory plastic bags around them (never used) This is a true original original matching numbers car that has not been restored,it has been preserved! i've only done the mininum to keep the originality of the car intact. i have the orig parts that were replaced: new gas tank and new door handles. thats it!! The original 383 super comando motor was removed for inspection because it had not run in 36yrs.this engine was very clean inside upon inspection and reinstalled. It runs and drives perfect (seriously).the engine is the only thing that has ever been removed on this car. Unfortunately, the orig paint could not be saved,so it was painted 3 months ago, original FK5 deep burnt orange paint. The bumpers were rechromed. The White Vinyl Top is original with no rips and is still soft.Original glass. All original interior, carpet, etc. I have build sheet, title, and fender tag i do have pics of motor vin (to confirm matching #s) when motor was taken out for inspection The average price for this vehicle AT AUCTION in 2014 is 40k,and is climbing. I have agressively priced this car much lower. My loss, your gain! If you have bad or low feedback, your bid will be removed if you do not contact me previous to your bid HAPPY BIDDING!!
