Very clean daily driver '71 Ford Ranchero. This car was restored in 1995.. The body was media blasted & painted, the paint was well blocked and looks really good today. All of the trim and bumpers were re-chromed, with the exception of the windshield bezel and antenna base which were anodized black. Previous owner purchased the car in 2002 and replaced/rebuilt the following: Radiator, engine, transmission, shifter, rear diff, seats and carpet (over $17,000.00 invested). I purchased the car from him in 2010 and have put less than 3,000 miles on the car. Total mileage is 105,370 and mileage on the engine etc. is about 19,000 miles. This car runs like a dog on fire but is also capable of getting decent fuel economy. I once got 18 MPG on a long trip while driving conservatively. Engine: 351c w/ Australian 2bbl heads, Holley 4bbl carb, roller rockers, headers & Magnaflow exhaust. Built by Jim Grubbs Performance Engineering in Valencia Ca. Dyno'd @ 307 HP/ 361.1 lb-ft BEFORE addition of headers & roller rockers, 315 HP Est. Holley carb could use leaner jetting, as it runs pretty fat and needs a good warmup on cold mornings.
