Fantastic 1969 Dodge A-100 pickup with tons of potential. 225 slant six with single barrel carb automatic transmission with shift knob on the dash. The truck will start and drive, but the transmission does not shift properly and needs repair. Lights function with the exception of dimmer switch, which only works on low. The windshield wipers need fixing. Rear cab window has a crack. I do have the original heater, but it is not in the truck. Not sure if it works or not. Tires are weather cracked. Has a broken lug nut stud on rear wheel, drivers side. This summer I was inspecting the front suspension when I discovered that the front wheel hubs were wrong. There is a good fit between the hub and spindle on outer bearing. However, on inner bearing, there's about a quarter inch play between hub and spindle. I believe this could be very dangerous to drive. (Something may break, causing a safety issue.) There are multiple reasons I no longer drive the truck: A.) Front wheel hubs B.) Transmission slipping C.) Needs tune up and carburetor adjustment D.) Lack of income There will be a $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction end OR due immediately with a "Buy It Now" sale. Remainder of balance due at pick up of vehicle.
