This is a 1989 Jeep Wrangler we bought from another dealer who wasnt real honest! AFTER we wrote the check,got it home and let it get good and warm we discovered it looked like a locomotive out the dipstick tube and PVC hole! We had a 120,000 mile motor (258 - 6 cylinder) installed from a 1986 CJ7,then we drove it,and to replace the RF hub assy.Got that done,now we can hear a noise in the rear end!! We pulled the cover and can see the gears are welded together!? We are not spending any more money on this! Motor sounds great and holds real good oil pressure,trans shifts good,4x4 works fine,interior is real nice.Good options such as: tilt,rear defog and a/c. Hard top and doors! O K ,for the not so great: Needs a valve cover gasket.Floors are rusted,they have been patched,but not great.Small dent in l door and behind it.Paint is alittle faded on the hood and a few rust blisters on windshield frame.Tires fair. This is a good jeep that needs some tinkering! I would suggest the winner trailer home due to rear end.Ask any questions BEFORE bidding!
