1965 Mercedes Benz 230 SL, true 133K mile survivor. This car is very low mileage for the year. It is a two owner car that has always been garaged and has spent the last 20 winters on jack stands in the owners garage. The tires look new but have 1980 date codes which is a great indicator of how many miles it has been driven over the last 25 years. As indicated earlier this is a survivor car that is all original except the exterior paint. It is not a show car but is incredible for a 50 year old car. You could proudly drive it as-is with little to now additional cost or make this into a very nice example of a true appreciating classic for very little more money. It does have enormous potential if that is what you want to do, I personally would leave it as-is. If it doesn't sell I will most likely put in new seat covers and carpets and ask for much more money. I only recently purchased this car from the second owner with every intention of fixing the minor issues and keeping it as-is. However, I have found another car that is more of what I am looking for.
