This is a Honda Shadow Aero. The Aero uses a drive shaft instead of a chain or belt, so there is a differential on the rear wheel. I had a Kuryakyn HyperCharger air cleaner installed, professionally, so the carb has was properly adjusted. Together with the Vance&Hines long shot pipes, this bike gets an average 50mpg. I have also installed a Memphis Shields windshield. The air cleaner uses the vacuum from the engine to close a pair of visible butterfly valves. During idle, the butterfly valves flutter near the closed position, and when the throttle is operated, they open up to allow maximum air flow. The filter is a K&N filter, and filter cleaner and oil is included in this sale. The transmission is a classic five speed with a wet clutch. The engine is a two cylinder V-Twin.
