This is a Good Old Van! Runs and drives well with only 83,320 miles. The wheelchair lift works good. cruises down the road straight at 65mph. I would not be afraid to take this van anywhere. Has the 5.2 v8 engine and is a 3/4 ton so it would make a nice pulling vehicle as well. Transmission shifts smooth and the motor has no knocks or ticks. Everything works on he van except recently I have had some trouble with the power door locks not working from time to time. The wheelchair lift was made by the Braun Corporation. It goes up and down smoothly and doesn't miss a beat. Has a nice little hanger for the controller on the door. Comes with the tie downs for a wheelchair but they are not in the greatest shape so you might want to get a new set. The Air conditioning does not blow cold but blows cool. The tires are roughly 80% in the rear and 50% in the front. Does have a slight shimmy around 20 mph but goes away, but maybe could be the tires. The van does have some flaws considering that it is a 1997. It has an exhaust leak. The drivers side door pins are wearing out so the door sags some when being opened and does not close smooth. cosmetically just make sure you check the pictures. there is a dent on the passenger side and the running board is bent some on the drivers side, but overall mostly good condition. The back doors rub the plastic on the bottom of the bumper when opening. These are all simple flaws for a van this old but there is nothing major to worry about. This is a good SOLID van!
