1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible Daily Driver This is a driver not a trailer queen, We have owned this classic for over 30 years and we have thoroughly enjoyed owning it. This car is a real head turner with a lot of appeal. In 1992 we had the original (388 casting) block completely rebuilt along with the TH-400, The engine is a 327 with a matched original lift/duration cam, The reciprocating assembly was balanced by HATCH ENGINES in Stayton, Oregon. The car runs and drives very well, New MICHELLINS that roll very smooth, We had the exterior repainted (Pacific Blue Pearl) in 1996 but still looks very presentable, The convertible top will need to be replaced as it has a small tear on the outside, but we honestly never drive it with the top up. The interior is all original with the exception of the front bench seat which was reupholstered as well as the carpet. This classic has very low miles since the engine overhaul and exterior refinish.
