Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1972 Chevelle Malibu Big Block with an automatic trans that is in good condition with no power steering . The car original came with a 402 big block with a 4 Speed (U Code is the 402) and was switched over to an auto when the previous owner had it restored. He had them leave the clutch pedal incase anyone wanted to switch it back. He purchased the car back in 1990 and had it completely gone thru back in the 90s. I purchased it from his wife who really didn't know much about it. I am not sure if its the original motor so please bid on it as it isn't. I don't want to mislead anyone. Also I have been told that it is an original SS by several people because of the L code one the trim tag. I have not spent the time to research it my self because it didn't really matter to me. So please bid on it as if its not. I do have a lot of the original paper work with the car including the Protect-O-Plate and owners manuals. The car is in good shape and is very solid form what I can tell. It has new carpet, headliner, all new leather seats and new rear window pad. The body lines line up well and there is no wave in the paint. However, it has been over 20 years since it has been restored so there are some imperfections. The car runs , drives good and also sounds great. I get a ton of complements on the car. I am trying to point out any imperfections and describe the vehicle as best as I can so you feel comfortable bidding on it. Please call me for and additional photos and any questions that you have. The reserve is set low because I would like to sell it at the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions. 608.217.1455 Condition: Dent on roof (Shown in photos) 4'' Crease on lower passenger door (Shown in photo) Quarter size spot on drives side front fender (Shown in photo) Bubbling around keyhole on trunk and paint flaking around chrome on rear window. (Shown in photo) pitting on chrome wheels (Shown in photo) Trunk could use some work. Rear bumper has some rust and missing the SS emblem.
