1922 Detroit Electric Model 90 with just 1500 miles on a restoration. In the last ten years of use many improvements have been done the roof top cover material and interior have been renewed as original all the brake linings and seals and tires have been replaced. The car needed some wiring replaced and some batteries over the years. All new copper contacts have been made for the cars speed controller. All original glass in the car and the dark blue paint on the body is also original . The black fenders were repainted at some time in the past. Car has clear Michigan title and comes with a 600.00 battery charger made by EZ Red and an owners manual. No rust or corrosion on the car just wear and age marks in the paint work see pictures. Trim rings on wheels have nice new nickel plating. The car has done many 60 mile round trips without any failure of the batteries.With all new batteries the car would go very much further than 60 miles round trip. Also some papers and information goes with the new owner. Some questions need to be dealt with. The wire wheels were an option and have been gone through spokes tightened and or replaced rims trued and than blasted and powder coated with high gloss black. Than the trim rings were nickel plated new tires added. The plain stock car had wooden armory wheels very heavy looking. The bumpers were optional back in 1922 this car has them these are "Newera -better bumper" The motor was checked over found to be as new inside.
