This auction is for a 1987 Investment Grade Monte Carlo SS with 2900 documented original miles!!!!This car is Black outside and Maroon inside, it has every factory option except for T-tops... This Monte SS is a 1987 time capsule stored indoors in a climate controlled garage for its entire life, as you can see from the pictures this is out of an impressive collection of mid 80's G bodies, it is only being sold to make room for another investment, so the duplicates will be sold first... The Monte is completely stock, we have the original window sticker and a file full of other documentation for the vehicle. It is in perfect show room condition, as you would expect from a car stored in a moisture and temperature controlled environment, the buildings have radiant heating and Honeywell moisture controls, they NEVER drop below 64* or above 30% relative humidity!!! The Maroon interior is FLAWLESS and the original Black exterior finish is as "near" perfect as I have ever seen in my 25 years of collecting classic cars... The only parts ever changed on the vehicle are the tires and battery for obvious reasons, 23 year old rubber is not normally road worthy, and batteries of that age will not hold a charge, this car goes down the road straight and runs perfect. The car has never been involved in an accident and has never had any repairs done or needed. The carfax supports that and is available for review...
