Up for sale is my 1969 MGB roadster, with the 1800cc motor and a 4-speed overdrive transmission. I've had this vehicle for a couple of years now, bought as a project here on E-bay. I had it on the road, but at the time leaked oil from the valve and side covers, so I pulled motor to seal. When I had the engine out, I picked up a overdrive transmission to replace the standard 4-speed. It is all together, runs, drives, and stops, but will need TLC, as it hasn't been on the road in a couple of years. It needs a good tune as I don't have a 4 cylinder dwell meter to set up the dual point Mallory distributor, only set the point gap and timed by ear. Light pitting on the windshield, will pass safety check, crack on the dash facing, marks on the chrome bumpers where the over riders were removed, and a OD speedo cable are some of the issues. This is not a show car, as the price validates, but the good is that it has a clean solid body, with no rust, good trim, nice interior, straight wire wheels with knock offs. Additional items are a Pierce manifold with a Weber carb, tube shock conversion on rear. The top is a quality piece, tear free with decent plastic windows, but the stitching is going bad and one window and edging will need some re-stitching. I've added a couple of recent videos to better see the over all condition of the vehicle. Mileage unknown, and clean title. Thanks for looking, again I believe a solid project for the price.
