Thank you for your cooperation. ******************************************************************************************** Offered is a 1992 Chrysler, Fifth Avenue, 4D, 3.3L V6 EFI. This Chrysler has 148,772 miles and is being sold, as is with NO RESERVE so we do not have to re-list. We hold clear title. This Chrysler is being auctioned by the Woodridge Illinois Police Department. The history of this vehicle is unknown as it was seized in a traffic-stop arrest that occurred on April, 21st, 2014. Following the arrest this Chrysler was stored outside, in our parking lot, until it was awarded to us by court order on July 10th, 2014. We will attempt to describe this vehicle to the best of our ability and you may inspect the vehicle, in person, by appointment. The body has scratches, scuff marks, rust, faded paint and broken trim pieces. There is fluid on bottom of the engine. The headlight covers raise and lower as expected. See photos. The interior shows ware. Some of the trim pieces are being held on with masking tape. The driver’s door occasionally sticks when opening and closing. See photos. At the time the Chrysler was impounded it was equipped with a Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID) and after the vehicle was awarded to us the BAIID device was removed. Following the removal, the Chrysler had to be jumpstarted and the engine stayed running however a fuel leak was discovered in the fuel line, near the gas tank. Due to the fuel leak it is strongly suggested that the BUYER HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED and inspected/serviced by a qualified mechanic before use. See photos. The NADA listed value for this 1992 Chrysler Fifth Avenue 4 door sedan $1,800 for "Low Retail”, $3,650 for "Average Retail” and $5,550 for "High Retail". We would put this vehicle is in “rough condition” but it is always recommended that you inspect the vehicle and make your own assessments before bidding. These vehicles have an unknown prior history and are NOT inspected by us prior to auction.
